FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
What happened to ScribBall?
ScribBall was renamed to Crayon Ball. We find this new name and look is more memorable, easier to pronounce
and spell, and does a better job
of evoking the playful fun of our game.
What if I bought ScribBall 1 or ScribBall 2?
Your ScribBall license is good for all future versions of the game, including Crayon Ball! Just enter in
your old license key and the game will be registered!
I lost my license key!
Give us an email at support (at) howlingmoonsoftware.com and we'll help you out! It helps if you know
what email or the name you registered with.
I'm new to online purchases and registering software. How does this work?
We give you a trial version of our game, so you can try it out before you decide if you want to buy it.
The trial has a timer on it that limits how long you can play. When you decide you want to keep playing,
you purchase our game securely with a credit card or through Paypal, and we send you a license key
in an email. This key is your purchased copy of the game! It will usually come within 5 minutes of your
purchase; we don't mail you anything so there's no need to wait.
Can I use a Mac key on my Windows machine, or vice-versa?
Yup, these keys are interchangable. So if you buy a new computer of a different OS, your old key will still work.
What's your privacy policy and disclaimer?
