NES Games and Limited Game Hardware

We've written half a dozen games for the original Nintendo Entertainment System. These are mostly written in C (using cc65), plus a bit of assembly. We always try our games on real NES hardware!

United Health Biofeedback Project

For United Health Group's research division, we developed a suite of biofeedback-based VR games to teach stress resilience. We measured player game performance alongside numerous biometric signals for their clinical trials.

Hyperdot

Our expertise with console porting brought Hyperdot across the finish line, as we ported the game to Xbox.

Treasure Stack

We implemented network crossplatform multiplayer in Treasure Stack, and brought the game to Xbox and Switch.

Verdant Skies

Verdant Skies is our self-published life simulation game, available on Steam. It launched to critical acclaim and touched the hearts of many players. (links to the game page)

Rapala Fishing: Pro Series

For Concrete Software's Rapala Fishing- Pro Series, we developed custom water shaders, boat wake effects, and other effects for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game.

Cocos2D and Spritebuilder

We were paid open-source developers on the Objective-C Cocos2D game engine, supported by Apportable and the Spritebuilder project.

AtPlay Music

We were the sole developers for the AtPlayMusic suite of apps. These iOS apps listen to you play your instrument and evaluate your performance in real time.
